About Guaranteed Cleaning Services 

Guaranteed Cleaning Services is a rapidly expanding commercial cleaning company, proudly serving the Washington, DC, and NC Triad metropolitan areas. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Account Setter to bolster our sales team. The role involves conducting research, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments with potential clients via phone. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate prospect records and managing sales activities through our CRM system. This position reports directly to our Sales Director. 

Position Overview: 

• Location: Remote; candidates can work from anywhere within Virginia (VA) only. 

• Job Type: Full-time 

• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, with core hours and flexibility (8:30 am – 5 pm) 

• Compensation: $18 - $25 per hour based on experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales 

• Benefits: Paid office holidays, PTO, flexible schedule, healthcare stipend 

• Commission pay: Commission pay for appointment setting and commission for closed business. 

Market Researcher Responsibilities: 

• Conduct prospect research 

• Meet daily phone call quota 

• Enter prospect information and sales call activity into the company CRM system 

• Follow up with prospects through phone and email 

• Coordinate new appointments and prospect information with the Sales Director 

• Engage in daily/weekly phone calls with the Sales Director to review progress
